The quinta is surrounded by 100 hectares of farming land and vineyards - the grapes are used for the production of Vinho Verde wine.

After being empty for over 40 years, the house was restored about 5 years ago and filled with the family furniture. It offers spacious accommodation in an unique location, ideal for large parties.

The swimming pool is 9 metres by 5 metres and the depth is from 1.20 to 1.80 metres.

The distance to the nearest supermarket and restaurant is about 9 kilometres. The journey from Oporto airport to the house will take approximately 1 hour by car.

Please note: There is a separate cottage in the grounds of the house where the maid lives. She is available for work in the house by local arrangement.
