Quinta do Monteverde is a superbly located property within walking distance of the beach.
The property has been owned by the same family since the 15th Century. In the kitchen in the main
house there is a stone with an inscription showing the date of its construction, 1491.
The villas are located on the eastern side of the property, facing the Atlantic Ocean. There are three one bedroom villas,
one two bedroom villa and a duplex apartment.

The one bedroom villas have central heating, one bedroom, a shower room and a living room with sofa bed. They all have a microwave, fridge and kettle.
Two villas have a double bed and the third one has twin beds. Two of them have an interconnecting door and
are therefore suitable for couples with children.
The villas are very comfortable and elegantly furnished and each of them can accommodate up to four persons.
They all have doors opening to a large patio, with sun loungers, overlooking the property and the ocean.
The two bedroom villa has one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sitting/dining room,
bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. It has central heating,
fireplace and hairdryer.
The Duplex apartment is very spacious and sleeps up to 6 persons. There is a large living room with Satellite television,
fireplace and two sofa beds suitable for adults or children.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with four electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
On the mezzanine there are two beds and a small balcony overlooking the property and the ocean.
For the guests occuppying the villas, breakfast is served indoors except in the summer months when it is served outside.
The breakfast room also has sofas, Satellite television, etc. There is also a games room with chess, table tennis,
snooker, etc, as well as an interesting collection of antique weapons.
A laundry service is available and snacks can be served.
